Marissa Kellogg, PMHNP

Marissa Kellogg is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with her first Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. She later pursued a second Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from Villanova University. She followed her calling to work in the mental health field, which led her to a nurse residency program at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Following her nurse residency, she moved to Denver, Colorado to attend the University of Colorado’s PMHNP program. Upon her graduation, she became faculty with the University of Colorado’s Department of Psychiatry and practiced at the Center for Dependency, Addiction, and Rehabilitation in Aurora, Colorado. She has work experience in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry.

Marissa, having experienced a major reversion to the Catholic faith in her adulthood, brings a Catholic perspective into the treatment of mental illness. She is passionate about the interplay of morality and virtue development as they relate to our mental wellbeing.
