Welcome to Immaculate Heart of Mary Family Health Center, where we specialize in a wide range of primary care and mental health/psychiatric services for families in and around Chandler, AZ. Led by Dr. Armstrong, Dr. Hart, and Marissa Kellogg, our team is dedicated to caring for patients of all ages in a way that is driven by a deeper purpose to serve those in need. We offer high-quality healthcare in a friendly, personal, and responsive setting.

Meet

Dr. Armstrong

Dr. Charles Armstrong is a board-certified family physician in Chandler, AZ, who obtained his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University. He went on to complete his residency training at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, KS. He was born and raised in Tempe, and graduated from ASU.

Meet

Dr. Hart

Dr. Hart joined Immaculate Heart of Mary Family Health Center in 2022. Dr. Hart is a professed member of the Religious Sisters of Mercy of Alma, MI, and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. She earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2006, and completed a residency in family medicine, as well as a fellowship in geriatrics, at Sparrow Health System/Michigan State University. With a love of serving others, Dr. Hart is committed to providing compassionate care.

Meet

Marissa

Marissa Kellogg is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with degrees in both Psysiolog and Nursing. She followed her calling to work in the mental health field, which led her to a nurse residency program at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. She has work experience in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry.
